1.when you put the frame on the wall you cant see the frames is there away round this?
2.are they the real frames from the film or copies?

conty has one on his wall, but your right you cant see whats on the film unless it has a light behind it, but i wouldnt like to put a light behind it as i am thinking it might damage the film? and maybe make the image fade over time but it still looks great on the wall as it is so i wouldnt worry

Sadly there is indeed no way around that. I've got one I keep in a cupboard (with the rest of my Wallace and Gromit stuff - but it's on display in there so you open the doors and see the madness!) and occasionally you can just hold it up to the light to enjoy it.

I do believe they are original - should be.

i was thinking that cinders plus would you have to keep it in film roll conditions such as the righ tempeture.

Are the cells that you get of good scenes or are they sometimes very random?

Sometimes random jills, but they are all from the film so should have a meaning. Mine is Gromit in the van going into the tunnel.

Ah, that's cool. I was just thinking whether you could end up with a film cell of, say, a cupboard itself, or whether they only used ones with characters, vehicles, machines etc.

i just had a look at contys film cell, hes got one of rabbits in a cage, wallace with his brain machine on his head, gromit driving the van, the van with the were rabbit on the top (when gromit was working it from inside the van) and a clip of just a news paper. so i guess they are just random jills

Very random, Nathan... what's got into your head? Grab the pliers, or one of those Egyptian hooks, and I'll get it out... we haven't got any W&G merchandise except some of those figures you used to be able to get in corn flakes. I think we own the first three films on DVD, though.
