Gromit finally falls in love with someone and they're trying not to act in love in front of their owners. So at the end she has to move away and then the big kiss comes in.

what are the characters, settings, and main ideas

Gromit's love - Starlight "Star"
Star's owner - Heather Mcrennalds a famous book writer
and
setting -West wallaby street, an amusement park [first kiss in the tunnel of love] and the beach.
Main idea's - The two move to West Wallaby street, mostly Star and Gromit hang with each other, once go on a walk holding hands, Heather thinks of new book idea's using Wallace, Heather has to move away with star then it's the final big kiss with Gromit and Star.

How about a big bully dog called Bouncer comes and tries to take Star away

And maybe Gromit could have a fight with him but then when an old lady comes it would act as if he got beaten up bad and then Wallace would put Gromit in the dog house but Star would tell the truth and Heather would always beleive Star since she never tells a lie.
