i just use GIMP, and its free. i think it is better than Photoshop Elements, which came with my tablet.

Yeah, well go to SpangleFish.com and then do some personal thing and a bit about your site and then they will send you an email wich I got the next day(12:00am) and then make your OWN website!

ya, i think spanglefish is the easiest to get up and running quickly without knowing html and stuff. but it isnt really editable beyond their template, unless you DO know html...
