Not so, Jordan. There was an early thread entitled "Happy Birthday Chuck" - but it wasn't about a anyone's birthday. I posted the first birthday thread - not for myself - but to honour Nick Park - 6 December 2007. The first thread started by the person celebrating their birthday was posted by Judyblue1 on 25 March 2008. That's approximately 6 months after the start of this website.

well people have made birthday threads before, we have had them for a while. However i would like to point out that jordan does not call those threads spam and as far as i know no one has called these threads spam until now.
However i don;t think people should ask for any attention, but what if no on knows it is the persons birthday and is time to post a message?

It's only natural to tell our friends when our birthday arrives. And in a way, even the self-posted birthday thread is not spam since it is about a W&G fan! We are relevant to the conversation about W&G. I think we can let people on W&G know it's our birthday without starting a new thread, however.

wandgfan21 is right - I cannot find an instance where Jordan called a birthday thread spam. Jordan HAS hurt some feelings by calling other threads or comments "spam" or "off topic." However, I've noticed his postings have become almost polite of late. So HAPPY BIRTHDAY JORDAN!!

ive just spent £30 on modelling materials and that for my animation film !!! lol still some money left over, im waiting for those robert harrop figures to appear at the shop wher ei bought my others, ive got a car thats sat on the front garden waiting for me to pass my driving test! ive failed it a couple of times now argh! lol
