@Purple&Brown I like the idea

Here is the syphosis for the script i'm working on for my first Doctor Who episode:

Plot: The timelords summon ‘The Doctor’ to galifrey to confiscate the TARDIS and ask him to fulfil a series of tasks to make up for his crimes against galifrey. They force him regenerate to protect his identity from ‘The Master’(who will stop at nothing to destroy‘ The Doctor’ and what he is looking for) but it goes wrong and he regenarates in to a teenager. He then is sent to his so much loved earth, where the task has to be fulfilled but if ‘The Master’ ever finds ‘The Doctor’ it will destroy the timeline that is yet to come of ‘The Doctor’ and ‘The Master’ and the whole race of timelords and maybe even the whole universe! For what they are looking for is the ‘Key to Time’. And with ‘The Master’ at his craziest yet and the ‘The Doctor’ in a teenage body, it could well be one of The Doctor’s hardest adventure yet.

Give your verdict and tell me if it works.

Oh yeah and the script is being edited by the script editor from Roger Moore's era on James Bond.|-)

crackingtoast Posted: Jan 2nd 2010

well, you certainly have got it going. the script editor from 70's james bond? expect some action packed scenes then!

Cameronl Posted: Jan 2nd 2010

Still got casting issues though because i've only got one friend who likes Doctor Who and he has a physical disability. So I don't know who to cast as characters aside from the Doctor.:-(

crackingtoast Posted: Jan 2nd 2010

well, though it depends on his disability, but i'm sure you could write into the script. maybe put up posters around you're area looking for people who would like to be in the film, telling them you've got the script editor from the roger moore era of the james bond films on board of the production and i'm sure it might attract some people's attention.
if you're really stuck,i could appear in it,but only on screens or chromakeyed in,i'd be happy to be in someone elses film for once.

Cameronl Posted: Jan 2nd 2010

He has Cerebral palsy, so i'm just not sure whether he would be able to cope with the amount of filming we would be doing, athough i'm going to appear in a few sketches with him later this year. Good idea, if I can't find anyone to fill the parts i'll advertise it and you can have a part that would be awsome! Athough i'm in early stages of the script.

Galifrey is going to be filmed in the Scottish Highlands hopefully.

concon Posted: Jan 2nd 2010

Och, the bonnie wee Highlands. ;)

Cameronl Posted: Jan 2nd 2010

@concon lol, yeah

666joshy666 Posted: Jan 3rd 2010

Good luck, Cameronl!:D

crackingtoast Posted: Jan 3rd 2010

great! well, cameron,if you need any characters to appear on screens or someone to do voices for aliens or something,i'd love to take part.

Purple&Brown Posted: Jan 3rd 2010

Are you dressing up as aliens? Because it would be a great idea if you made an alien, animated it and chroma keyed it into your film!

crackingtoast Posted: Jan 3rd 2010

Yeah,I'm doing that technique in an upcoming episode of my series called 'The Lost Pharoah' inwhich the doctor and bob get a mission from the universal agency to find the key of tutankamun in ancient egypt. it has clay people melting into skeletons and a big CGI monster that spaz voices.

Cameronl Posted: Jan 3rd 2010

@Crackingtoast Cool!, I'm trialing the version of Pinaccle that you've got;)

Clay Fighter Posted: Jan 3rd 2010

what program do you use for the CGI?

Cameronl Posted: Jan 5th 2010

I think i've got quite a good voiceover for my film if he agree's to do it. I was thinking the film could be an alternate regeneration from 10th Doctor to me, rather the 10th Doctor to 11th.

Clay Fighter Posted: Jan 5th 2010

sounds great but i dont have a clue what it all means!!

we dont get it over here

crackingtoast Posted: Jan 5th 2010

Ah Right Then. I Suggest You Watch A Few Episode Of Doctor Who Maybe If You Want To Understand It. The Doctor (Nobody Knows His Real Name) Is A Humanoid Alien,A Timelord,From The Planet Gallifrey. He Looks Human,But When He Is Killled,He Regenerates,Changing His Appearrance. He Travels Through The Universe In A Time Machine Known As The T.A.R.D.I.S.,Disguised As A 1930's Police Box From London.
I Also Make Fan-Films About Doctor Who,And Starting In Febuary There Be A New Episode Every Month. If Any Of You're Guys Are Interested,Here's A Link To My Youtube Channel,Which Has Two Quite Old And A Bit More Amateur Episodes Of My Series. The Rest Of The Episodes Being Released Throughout The Year Will Be Alot Better.

Clay Fighter Posted: Jan 5th 2010

crackingtoast Posted: Jan 5th 2010

Tell You're Friend He's A Nutter....
Nah. Alot Of People Are Like That Really. Besides,The Episodes Over The Coming Year Where Filmed More Recently. I'm Around About Teen Now. TSM and DOW Where Filmed In 2008 Where I Was Far From Being A Teen.

You're Really Lucky To Know People Who've Been In The Busines For A Long Time. With Me It's Just Me And Paul With A Camera And Tripod. We Have No Professionals With Us. Very Hard To Find Here In Nowhere Land. I'm A Real Nowhere Boy,Sitting In My Nowhere Land,Making All My Nowhere Plans For Nobody. Yes,That's The Beatles...

Cameronl Posted: Jan 5th 2010

Yeah the Beatles are the best band ever, their album Abbey Road is the best! The guy is 80 or so years old and he gave me a extremely limited addition star wars item and his badge when he was working on the indiana jones movies, he also gave me a 'The Saint' T-Shirt. So i'm very priveliged to know this person. He is a real inspiration.|-)

crackingtoast Posted: Jan 5th 2010

WOW! Personally,I Like The White Album The Best,But Abbey Road Rocks Aswell.

Cameronl Posted: Jan 5th 2010

I'm a big fan of acoustic guitars so my favourite song off the Abbey Road album is 'Here comes the Sun'.:)

Gromits little bro Posted: Jan 6th 2010

I like that one cameron

crackingtoast Posted: Jan 6th 2010

here comes the sun is brill. i unfornately can't play guitar but i will learn soon enough, but i play piano. i do like George's songs the best,he's very underrated.

Cameronl Posted: Jan 6th 2010

Here is a cover of here comes the sun by my favourite solo artist http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-yipWuJkLE
I play guitar.|-)

shaun the lamb Posted: Jan 6th 2010

here comes the sun rocks!

Cameronl Posted: Jan 6th 2010

Have'nt had time to do anymore of the script or animation i've been babysitting my little brother and sister because of the days off because of the snow. And they fight a lot so I would'nt have been able to concentrate. But i'm off tommorow and their not so i'll have a full day of peace to get on with both the script and animation.|-)

Purple&Brown Posted: Jan 6th 2010

good to hear cameronl ;)

Cameronl Posted: Jan 7th 2010

Just reliased one of my bulbs has blown. I'll have to go in to town this afternoon to get another one! So many holdbacks!:-(

Clay Fighter Posted: Jan 7th 2010

shaun the lamb Posted: Jan 7th 2010

NUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!! WHY WHY WHY!
STUPID BULBS!

Jamie Gomersall Posted: Jan 7th 2010

uh oh

Cameronl Posted: Jan 7th 2010

That means I can't continue with Stanley, Spanner and Tapaz Episode 3: Plates until I get it.:-(

But then again, I can still continue with my live action film script

Clay Fighter Posted: Jan 7th 2010

haha yes

Jamie Gomersall Posted: Jan 7th 2010

good idea

Cameronl Posted: Jan 9th 2010

Anyone have any ideas? I have kind of changed the script so instead of David Tennant regenerating in to Matt Smith, I have just regenerated in to the 11th Doctor. But i'm trying to think of something for the storyline, because I don't know if the Key to Time idea would work.

Cameronl Posted: Jan 10th 2010

Any ideas?

Siro6 Posted: Jan 10th 2010

I think that your idea is a good one! It's exactly the kind of complicated storyline that Russel T Davies would use!

plasjas Posted: Feb 7th 2010

Start with an Idea. If its sci-fi, do you want spaceships or anything. I am in the process of making a live action film called "The Aftershock" it is a post apocalypse thriller. Its my third film. Also i you need any gunfire, i can show you how "without stock footage" casue that is the easy way!

Clay Play Posted: Feb 8th 2010

sci fi ? cool i like the sound of that.
