Technaclly, this character is not new but has been fetured in two of my animations, but i have never reallly introduced the character fully.
This is Timmy the bland guy, as you can tell, he is drawen in that way. HOWEVER timmy dosnt have a bland personality, infact, he has alot of them.
He's an interveiwer, a super villian, crazy, down on himself, a doctor, a guy you'd find on the street etc.
another thing that makes him different to other characters is his voice. his voice is just my normal voice on its own because i couldn't think of one to make up, but it fits the character well.
he first appeared in the first two bob the zombie hunter drawings and recently has starred in 30 second short cartoons on my channel. heres the current cartoons right here:
