This is basically a way of updating you on my productions: Models, drawings, animations etc. Any questions, fire away. I will also use this to tell you about TAOSAG (The adventures of Shadow & Gromit) because my other thread got locked by some nut talking about copyright.

Got it! On Mr. Mulch, as you know, I have used a full armature but on Mrs mulch, I am using a partial armature.

Just made a little animation. It took about 1-2 hours. Should be on the creations page soon.

Thats great!! Lip syncing is a very time consuming progress but that was very smooth for 1-2 hours!

I wasn't very happy with the lip-sync. I was happy with the whistle, the scratch and the embarrassed bit at the end.

TAOSAG Update...

Hey guys, just here to inform you of the large change I have made to the story of the first episode. I have decided to add in Wallace and Mr & Mrs Mulch (The new owners of Shadow!) to the first episode. They may make a couple more appearances later on in the series but only the one for the moment. I have also started building Mr. Mulch's armature, made a full bodied Shadow (Considerably pleased with 25 minutes work) and finished Mrs. Mulch!

Another discussion to bring up! No progress for Vision Prod. so far. I am currently working on a new YouTube channel called InsideOut Technology. The videos I am going to post will be mainly unboxings and reviews and then I will use my 666JO5HY666 channel for just animations.

A few will hopefully be. I may be getting the 550d later next year mainly for animating purposes so that will be a main one. Good to see your still here P&B

Great to see you back again 666joshy666! I got the 1000d for Christmas, and it is absolutely amazing picture quality, especially with SMP HD.

Aha the 1000d! My brother has it as well! I was thinking of getting it myself but the video quality on the 550d was enough to sway me. Have you made any animations with the 1000d yet? If so I would love to see them.

I agree with joshy I would also love to see how well the 1000d works....even if its only a small test animation clip...look forward to seeing your work P&B

You lucky thing Purple&Brown! Hope you do upload an animation clip, As i'm stuck between the 1000D and the 550D for when i eventually have enough money! and same with you Joshy- when you get the 550D.

Wow! amazing. I have to say that the videos on Youtube do not do the Canon 5D's capablities of filming any justice . My film class ( all 3 of us!) get to use it when we film and it is amazing but it is very easy to shoot out of focus and if we drop it we're dead- It's definitely not pocket money achieveable unless you save until your 30!
So i'm thinking i'm going for the 550D

Yeah, I can't wait to get started with it! Just need to make a small test model which won't matter if it gets squashed or mixed plasticine in it.

I would agree that the 550d would be a better choice, also in which you can record videos, something you can't do on the 1000d. But it is a great DSLR and even better is the price and size! Both very small! So not a bad choice if it is your first camera.
