Kieran - In reality it is difficult to provide deleted scenes, because it's more like deleted shots! As the article says - about 5 minutes was cut, but mainly that was trimming the ends of shots etc. rather than full dialogue.
The Curse of the Were-Rabbit DVD, however, has some excellent deleted scenes - including a totally filmed different opening.
I advise the Close Shave/Wrong Trousers Storyboard books for information on what scenes were changed during filming, but obviously much was planned and changed before the final storyboard was signed off. The 'Matter of Loaf and Death' storybook also has some lines that didn't make it to the film.
Those things have never really got out of Aardman, the only thing I know of existing is the Close Shave script that was turned into the storyboard, with a handful of lines that didn't make it to the storyboard. Whether anything else exists... Well I'm looking into that... But obviously the fire might have destroyed much of it.
