WALLACE & GROMIT CHAT » BEAVER CREEK EPISODE SIX
a close up
He is voiced by Mike Cook, who isn't too different than the character he is playing. He is a fellow beaver lover and chewed stick collector.
Oo! Thanks for sharing! I love his outfit, how did you make it?
so cool how did you make the clothes?
I was going to wait 'til someone asked to post these. It is a bit of denim fabric cut to an overall pattern and glued on the sides.

He has a bigger nose, bigger teeth and he is a more gray color. I love his overalls and tie too! A combination of Grandpa Jones and Colonel Harland Sanders.

Hello Ian,
I just wrote a (very)short review and posted it on the official Beaver Creek Facebook page ![]()
I just saw an article written about beaver creek in issue #9 of StopMotion Magazine, well Done! ![]()
That's the one GLB, I forgot to post a link ![]()
Sorry I haven't been on here in a while. I have been workin' getting a lot done, not too much left on this one. I do have some news though.
P&B you beat me to posting it but, as he said, there is an article about Beaver Creek in the latest issue of Stop Motion Magazine. it is a good article, I suggest you read it. The other article is about Will Vinton, the "King of Claymation."
In other news, Beaver Creek episodes four and five both won Gold Keys in the regional Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. That puts them into the judging for nationals. On top of that, Episode four won a American vision award, which means it is among the best, of the best.
alright, I will post an update about Episode Six later. But in this Beaver Creek we will have some special music. My dad just produced an album for a guy named Mike Showalter, and it is sort of a country/western album, and one of the songs sounds very Beaver Creek like. Mike is letting me use it in this episode. What is special though is the banjo player, his name is Steve Cooley. He is one of the best Banjo players in the world, he has also played with a bunch of famous people. He also offered to do some more original music for this episode too!.
AWESOME! ![]()
Wow I can't wait till episode 6! It sounds great! Do you know when it will be finished?![]()
I received Barry Purves' book on stop motion for my birthday, and whilst flicking through I saw a picture of twigs! Beaver Creek is popping up everywhere! ![]()
